COFIROUTE SA (France) PROJECTS

Cofiroute S.A is the parent company of Cofiroute USA. It is the largest toll road operator in France and operates a network of about 750 miles (A10, A11, A19, A28, A71, A81, A85, Duplex A86). Beside its networks in France and in the USA, Cofiroute also has operations in the UK and in Germany. The following is a brief overview of some of Cofiroute operations.

FranceA86: The Duplex A86 is an innovative tunnel which combines time saving, safety and is environmentally friendly. The first section of the Duple A86, between Rueil-Malmaison and the A13 interchange opened on July 1, 2009.

Germany - Toll Collect: Shareholder (10%) of Toll Collect GmbH, along with Daimler Financial Services (45%) and Deutsche Telekom (45 %), Cofiroute has participated to the development of the distance-based, open-road toll system for trucks (twelve tonnes gross vehicle weight and above ) that has been opened since January 1st, 2005.

UK: For the Highways Agency, Cofiroute operates two tunnels and a bridge allowing crossing the Thames in Dartford, in eastern London.
