NTE Mobility Partners (NTEMP), led by equity partners Cintra US, Meridiam Infrastructure and Dallas Police and Fire Pension System will plan, finance, design, construct, operate and maintain 13 miles of Norteast Loop Interstate 820 and SH 121/183 (Airport Freeway) from Interstate 35W to the SH121 split in Tarrant County, improving the North Texas region's access to DFW International Airport.

NTEMP contracted with Cofiroute USA to provide certain advisory and support services in connection with NTEMP's implementation and operation of the Managed Lanes in the Project. Scope of services include: Physical Infrastructure, Tolling Mechanisms and Algorithm Analysis, Traffic Response to Managed Lanes Projects, IT Operations, and Violation Enforcement Procedures.
